Completed my quarter down 23 pounds and dropped my A1C from 8.2% to 6.4%.\u00a0 Still not where I want to be and it’s headed in the right direction.\u00a0 I’m currently down 27 pounds and still off the animal products, wheat and refined sugar.\u00a0 I’d like to lose another 30 pounds and drop my A1C to under 5.7. I think it’s just a matter of upping my intake of high nutrition foods.\u00a0 I’ve enrolled Susan in my game, and she says she’s a nutritarian now.\u00a0 We’ll go with that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
